How long does the process take?
I do not guarantee turnaround times as I am just a one woman show, so I ask for a minimum of two weeks. I do my best to get items shipped out within 4-6 weeks of the order date. Please keep in mind I also do not work on weekends. Please check the Order Progress Tracker for up to date status! However, if you do need an item by a certain date, please contact me and I can see what I can do! :)

 

Can multiple pets be on one tile?
Yes! All of the tiles base price includes 1 pet, but you have to option to add more on the product page. However, for reference, this is the max amount to fit on each tile:
4" x 4" tiles: 1 pet only, 6" x 6" tiles: 4 pets, 8" x 8" tiles: 5 pets.

Do you ever draw full body portraits?
Sorry, no. Pet portrait tiles work best with bust (neck/collar up) portraits. 

Would you ever revisit your gothic style?
As long as you specify it in your order, then yes!
 

How are the tiles shipped?
Due to the weight of my items, everything is packaged safely with tissue paper and bubble and shipped via USPS Priority Mail for the US. Tracking is always provided. (Currently US shipping only at this time.)

Can I use my tile as a coaster and/or trivet?
These are designed to be for display purposes only. I do not recommend using them as anything other than an art piece! This is to make sure they're preserved as there are meant to be.

Are you willing to draw other animals aside from dogs & cats?
I most certainly am willing to on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me prior to ordering to discuss.

 

Can you remake a design you've made previously?
I'm certainly happy to make something similar to what I've designed before, however keep in mind these are handmade and unique so I cannot 100% replicate something I've made before. I also aim to make sure every client has a tile that's individual to them.

How do I care for my tile?
Care instructions are provided with every order, however they are always available below:

Keep your tile out of sunlight.
This can cause it to yellow in appearance over time.
Avoid any extreme pressure or heat.
This can potentially cause marks or indents to appear. It might even cause the piece to get damaged as the base is ceramic!
Do not submerge in water.

Use a damp microfiber cloth to clean.
